We at Guillermo's Gourmet Grounds (G3) are coffee lovers. We are passionate about fresh roasted coffee. We still skillfully roast our coffees today just as master roasters have for more than 100 years. We will always roast by hand, with an open flame, and in small batches. We search for the finest coffee in the world and custom craft roast each to their own perfection.
This is a skill that takes patience, and a passion for the perfect cup, an art that has been forgotten by most.
