I was in your shop yesterday, so happy to have found you!  I have recently moved from Oregon (where coffee is a MUCH bigger deal) to Little Rock.  Wanted to compliment you on your coffee, your shop, and the gal behind the counter.

 I just have to brag on you guys.  I have been to Guillermo's one time.  I live in Russellville, but recently travelled to Little Rock for a little shopping.  My husband and I decided to stop at Chili's for dinner.  We parked across from Ideal Feet and walked down.  After dinner, it was snowing, so we walked down the sidewalk to get back to our car and walked past Guillermo's.  The smell was incredible.  I commented on what a cute place and how good it smelled, and my husband, knowing that I love flavored coffee, convinced me to go in and try some.  I'm normally a fan of Starbucks, but has recently lost it's appeal to me because it has become to commercialized and impersonal.  I ordered, I think, a blended vanilla latte.  OH...My...GOSH.  It was one of the most delicious drinks I've ever had!  I know that if the rest of your menu is half as delicious as that....you are going to be in business a long time.  As far as I'm concerned, Starbucks doesn't even compare!  Keep up the good work and I look forward to visiting each and every time I'm in Little Rock.

Dr. Oliver, I couldn’t wait to brew up a pot of the new G3 Espresso, so I headed for the kitchen pronto.   As you know, I’m the kind of guy that wants a “full  bodied”, strong cup of coffee.  I’ve always been a Starbucks fan but I must say, you guys have out done yourselves this time.  This even beats Starbucks, hands down!  I love it!

This coffee is great! We just finished the Sulawesi- so far, it`so our favorite. On a scale from one to six it ranked sixth out of a possible six. Had to increase the ranking from 5 to 6 because we wanted to.  ...Seriously, the Sulawes is somewhat bolder in terms of body with each sip getting better. Also, the second cup taste ever bit as delicious as the. first cup . NO MORE MORNING DISAPPOINTMENTS.
