How we roast
Instead of relying on computers and other technology at Guillermo's weroast our coffee daily by hand in small batches. Our experienced MasterRoaster tailors each roast to the particular bean, and delicatelyadjusts it throughout until the optimum moment at which the bean'snatural sugars, inner oils and unique flavors develop. A fuller andmore satisfying cup is the result that always leaves one reaching foranother.
